Korhan leads True Talent Advisory’s financial activities including: finance, treasury, planning, accounting, tax and compliance as well as oversees the firm’s information technology platform. He has 20+ years of financial management experience, primarily in industry-leading professional services firms.

He previously spent eight years at Heidrick & Struggles (Nasdaq: HSII), first as the CFO of the Americas division, then as the Global Senior VP of Finance. He most recently served as the CFO at The Chartis Group.

Korhan received his Bachelors degree from Northern Michigan University and his MBA from Eastern Michigan University. He is originally from Istanbul, Turkey.
