As a Director of Talent Acquisition, Gil Cosnett is responsible for internal recruitment in North America and developing True Talent Advisory’s talent initiatives. As one of its original employees, Gil is an active proponent of TTA’s strong culture and opportunities for growth.

Gil previously was a Principal at Foundation Talent, playing a strategic role in searches across product, engineering and marketing functions for companies in the high-growth technology space. Some of his clients included: jet.com, LOLA and TCV. Prior to joining Foundation Gil spent time working in corporate sales at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
